Open TODAY 12pm-7pm! Banh Xeo is a crispy, stuffed rice pancake popular in Vietnam. Banh means cake while xeo means sizzle. The name refers to the loud sound the rice batter makes when it is poured into the hot skillet. It is a savory fried pancake made of rice flour, water, and turmeric powder.
Take a lettuce leaf in your hand, add some herbs and a torn piece of the stuffed pancake, then roll up the leaf as if it were a spring roll and dip it in the dipping sauce. Eat and repeat!
