Day 24 of 30 DAYS of AFFIRMATIONS Now to be clear while I'm a firm believer that we DO NOT choose our emotions we are in CONTROL of how we RESPOND to them. We also influence our emotions by what we expose ourselves to, who we connect ourselves to and how we treat ourselves. We do not have to be enslaved to them and I encourage you to allow LOGIC to help balance things out. EMOTIONS have purpose but we must remain in control of ourselves regardless of what we are feeling.
