Mizuno baseball will be offering August instructional training for the second year at Marauder Park. This training will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm-8:00pm throughout the month of August.
Ages will be 6u-15u. First day is 8.1
Please register and submit payment ($125.00) on the attached link.

As the Weekend is near most teams will play towards the end of the week. This doesn’t mean we slow down this mean we speed up. We use PVC swings to help build the spine to move fast and understand the kinetic chain. Listen to the swoosh up the pipe to help tell you where the quickest part of the swing is. A lot of this work is core…….make every stance your fighting stance

As the weekend approaches we try to go into split leg approach to increase the transfer of energy in the skill and sport we play. These lifts are designed for baseball players. We are also adding Med Balls throws to increase the range of motion and speed.

Tuesday Conditioning Segment….after a full body workout yesterday. We are gearing up the engine to move faster with agilities and plyometrics. We are fortunate to have a functional weight room because development is the key. If we can add speed/power to your performance would you do it? What would it look like? What would it feel like? These are questions that need to be answered in the summer. This service is offered for free to showcase teams/players. We are using social media to challenge the every day player to get it going. As a training facility we want to encourage the HS athlete to train with no excuses!!!!
