Will Red Light/Near Infrared Light Therapy help with inflammation, neuropathy, or arthritis? Yes! However, will you notice a difference after just one session? The odds are against it. Likewise, salt therapy will absolutely help alleviate breathing problems, but again, not usually in a single session.

Please remember that the issue you want to address most likely didn't develop overnight, and similarly, no treatment will resolve it in a single day.

My own mom has been super consistent with doing a weekly Red Light/Near Infrared Light session and is seeing incredible improvement in the neuropathy she has had for over 10 years. She was on several prescriptions that never provided any relief. Needless to say, she is thrilled! And so am I!
