Town of Bel Air Arts & Entertainment District
Artists, businesses, government and cultural organizations come together in the Bel Air Arts & Entertainment District.
Our Social Media Acceptable Use Policy is available at https://www.belairmd.org/136/Technology The 99-acre district covers most of downtown. Five venues that bring arts alive in Bel Air are: Bel Air High School, Rockfield Manor, Shamrock Park, John Carroll High School and the Bel Air Reckord Armory. Throughout the rest of the District, our residents and neighbors will find artistic pursuits in likely and unlikely places such as Harford Council Chamber gallery, churches and retail stores.
Our Director of Economic Development, Angela Robertson, accepted a proclamation from the Town of Bel Air Board of Commissioners declaring September 13-30 Arts Across Harford. This countywide celebration of the arts in all disciplines begins on Friday, September 13, with a kickoff event 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Bel Air Armory. The kickoff will happen in conjunction with the Maryland Center for the Arts' 10th annual Harford Plein Air Festival, which includes an awards ceremony and opening of a gallery of paintings submitted for the festival.
