My heart is overflowing with all the love and beautiful Birthday wishes that came from so many of my friends and family. I'll cherish the feeling as I tootle off to have Sushi dinner tonight!

Wishing everyone a joy filled Memorial Day weekend. I'm just having the time of my life. Was invited to go riding with my friend, Pam Steinke, and some of her friends. We went to Tumalo Reservoir, and had a perfect day weather wise, and a fabulous ride. I rode JJ who is 17 yrs. old and quite a trooper. He has very comfortable gaits, and her grandchildren ride him. I'm so very grateful that Pam enjoys my company to ask me to join her on so many occasions...I'm truly blessed, and of course in my JOY ZONE, every time I ride. Besides Pickleball, it's one of my most favorite ways to have fun! There was water in the reservoir, and the snow capped mountains in the background...such beauty!

Today, I invite you to join me in an act of courage. Let's make the choice to interrupt our fears. It takes just one action, however small, to start carving a new path away from the self-imposed limits and towards your potential.

You don't have to fix everything at once. Today's not about mending every inch of past hurts. It's about embracing a single thought, a single choice that aligns with the greater good. With each act of defiance against fear, we lay down new pathways, both in our brains and in our lives.

What can I say but oh my heart is soooo full. Getting to ride again with my dear friend, Pam Steinke, just makes my heart sing. What great horses she has, great weather, and got home in time to do a healing session with a client. Life is sooo good.

I'm overjoyed that my friend, Pam Steinke, has invited me to go on a ride tomorrow. We meet at Tumalo Canal Trailhead, she is bringing the horses, and I get to ride...what a kind and generous friend indeed. I feel so blessed and grateful. Never a more gentle and giving person have I known. She is a huge gift in my life.

I was born loving horses, and remember as a small child riding up at Spahn's Movie Ranch, where Charlie Manson and his gang worked there saddling horses and other chores. I even remember him, as he gave me the heebie-jeebies. We rode there often, and I have pictures of us, my little sister was just 4 or 5, but it was our greatest joy growing up.
