So many expenses have been rising steadily the past few years & felt by many small businesses. But we will continue to strive on and try to keep prices affordable because we know some of our customers are in the same boat with their own increasing costs. Pork roast will be ready at 6 pm. Starting a little late due to migraine. We open at 4 pm for all other cooked foods and will be at Willow Chute until 8:30 pm. 318-560-2187.
Was thinking about making crawfish and corn bisque, shrimp fettuccine, or pot roast rice and gravy w/ side of green beans and garlic creamed corn w/ bacon for this weekend…..any preferences? Will only be cooking one of these.
If shrimp fettuccine, then I can make XL party pans or med pans if anyone wants. I can also make Caesar salad to side with the shrimp fettuccine.
Please give me some feedback.
I’m trying to have one thing different as a special every weekend.
We also have a frozen medium pan of crawfish fettuccine made last weekend that just needs defrosting and reheated to serve your family of 4-6.

Our Story
We are located at 4721 Palmetto Rd, Benton, LA 71106. The name B & D Seafood originated from the first initials of both of our last names, Bertrand and Duplechian. Wayne and I both grew up in South Louisiana and are proud of our cajun heritage. After moving to North Louisiana, we both yearned for the taste and aroma of that flavorful southern cooking. Then we thought, why not bring some of that up here? So.... B & D Seafood became our way of offering great quality Louisiana seafood to our local community in Northwest Louisiana. Although this location is our primary storage facility and not technically a storefront, we use it to sell frozen seafood items and will meet you there when called. We added a cooking trailer and refrigerated trailer which enabled us to boil and sell many different seasonal seafood products. All boiled goods are sold as “TO GO” items from the cooking trailer but you are welcome to sit and eat at our picnic table or crawfish table, in the screened porch area. During the spring we cook up some tasty boiled crawfish, boiled shrimp, and sides of boiled corn, potatoes, mushrooms and gator sausage. Usually around mid May to June, crawfish season dies off and we enter shrimp and blue crab season. Because blue crab is difficult to find in these parts, we usually sell everything we get in before the end of day. We additionally sell sacked oysters when in season and can get pasteurized oysters as you wish. And don’t miss our Loftin Oyster Shell Grilling Stoneware for your at home cooking pleasure. As far as I know, only one other location in Northeast LA offers these, but you will find we offer ours at a fantastic price! During the fall, especially during Thanksgiving week and Christmas time, I make home cooked dishes of my special recipes for shrimp fettuccini, crawfish cornbread, delicious pumpkin pie and several other goodies. My home cooked items are labeled as such and are sold by preorder only. Please follow our page at B & D Seafood LLC, for updates of days and times we are boiling and selling from our cooking trailer.
