The embroidered items are in. Those orders are ready for pick up now at Luna's during business hours.

Would any parents be interested in selling 50/50 raffle tickets at this Friday's game? Its super easy, you get in the game FREE and you are done at the end of the second quarter so you can enjoy the bands. We could use 2-4 volunteers.

Football Passes are available until 10am Friday. A portion of the tickets purchased are donated to our band fund. There are TWO passes allowed per band student.

All of the screen printed items are ready for pick-up. If anybody had left chest embroidered items or caps, those should be ready next week.
Luna's has special hours tomorrow Saturday 8/17 11am-2pm. Regular hours are M-Th 11am-5pm Friday 11am-4pm.

The Band is included in the fall sports program that is put out by the BMHS Athletic Boosters. All programs are pre-order this year. There is also an option to place a parent ad for your student. Orders and ads are due by August 23rd. The links are below.

Our Yard Sign order form is available (attached). The new design was created by our band's own senior Kate Errington. Orders are $25 each and due with payment by 8/25 to the Booster's Box in the band room.

Twas the night before Band Camp by Randall Standridge

Calling all parents that would like to volunteer & chaperone. There will be a meeting 8/6 at 7pm in the Orchestra room.

**ATTENTION BAND PARENTS**
We are 1 week from Band camp starting and Final Forms need to be completed by next week. Don't forget, your student will need to complete their portion online too.

This year, we will be completely moving to Final Forms to have med forms submitted online. This is a service that the district uses for athletics and we are excited that we have the opportunity to use it as well. This must be completed before the first day of band camp by ALL STUDENTS!
