Chimney Cakery will be at the Bethel Park Farmers Market (3pm - 7pm) on Tuesdays and the Main Street Farmers Market in Washington PA every other Thursday (3pm - 6pm) and the Upper St.

It may be 🥶 today, but the chimney cakes are smoking! Come try one at the South Hills Home Show at Cool Springs Sports Complex.
We're warming up the grill! First event of the season is this weekend at the South Hills Home Show.
Come get your chimney cake fix at Cool Springs Sports Complex this Friday 3-8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

We take a freshly-baked chimney cake, top it with crumbled graham crackers, spread marshmallow fluff inside, and finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
Get 'em before they're gone for the season! Tuesday at the Bethel Park Recreation Farmers' Market, Thursday at Main Street Farmers Market, and Saturday at Grist House from Noon to 5 p.m.

We make every Chimney Cake to order. Artisan dough is wrapped around a wooden spit, covered with sugar and then grilled. The sugar caramelizes while the cake cooks, forming a sweet and crunchy exterior shell, and keeping the inside warm and fluffy.
Sound tasty? They are! Come try one this week at the Bethel Park Recreation Farmers' Market on Tuesday from 3-7 p.m., and the Upper St. Clair Rotary Farmer's Market from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday.

The name kürtőskalács refers to the unique cylindrical shape of this delicious pastry – “Kürtő” means “chimney” in Hungarian.

Chimney Cakes, or kürtőskalács, are thought to have originated in Transylvania in the 1600’s and have become a signature treat in Hungary and Romania. They’re sweet, warm, fluffy and crunchy all at the same time … what’s not to love!
