How’s your weekend?

My patient decided that she no longer wanted implants. She had not had any issues with her implants but she was on a personal health journey and wanted to explant her 430 cc UHP silicone implants. I carefully and meticulously performed an explant with capsulectomy (removing the shell around the implant). This is her ONE day after surgery with no pain, no bruising, and a natural tear drop shape. It is very important to do this carefully and meticulously to minimize any injury to the surrounding tissues which can create deformities or irregularities in the shape.

Options for more volume for her include fat transfer to the breasts when she is 6 months post explant.
