My best beauty tip: recognize your blessings and state what you are grateful about everyday. Its easy to get caught up in what we haven’t achieved yet, where we want to be, what our struggles are, at least this is how my brain works. Being ambitious can mean focusing on the struggle forward or what we dont have. Ive been starting my day with my kids stating what we are grateful for and it puts the whole world in perspective. This simple practice immediately shifts my mood and stress level. No matter what you are going through there are always things to be grateful for. I challenge you to comment a few things you are grateful for and feel the shift!

Hyaluronic acid sucks moisture into your cells. It always needs to be followed by moisturizer or you could be sucking moisture out.
