Here’s a pre and post op on a 16 year old patient with a very large grade 3/borderline grade 4 gynecomastia. Even though he’s quite young compared to all my other patients, this type of severe gynecomastia will still be around even when he becomes an adult. With his parents’ consent, I took him in and did vaser liposuction and removal of the breast tissue. As you can see, the results are phenomenal! YouTube video coming very soon!
