Interesting case that will look worse before it looks better. Four incisors to be extracted, grafted, and implants will be placed to replace them. The four incisor crowns are removed and left 2-3 mm above the tissue to leave space for a connective tissue graft. A fixed provisional is placed and the pontics are abutted to the tooth stumps. They’ll start out looking short, but as the tissue shrinks after extraction they will end up normal in incisal/gingival length. Follow this case as it progresses here at

As implant restorations age, surrounding teeth shift and the implant tooth looks short. This occurred after Dr. Solnit did this 25 years ago. The implant is still healthy and now has been restored again for hopefully another 25 years!!
