The patient suffered from large overbite and no lip seal condition. Her preoperative diagnosis: Class 2 skeletal deformity and malocclusion. To correct these, Dr. Aynechi performed two procedures - bilateral sagittal split osteotomy advancement and bone grafting of the right and left mandible. The results are powerful and another one of our wonderful patients is beaming with confidence! ✨

Teeth in a day! ⚡️Total transformation! ⚡️

This patient with severe periodontal disease needed the entire upper and lower jaw dentition removed and requested a fixed prosthesis. Since a significant amount of periodontal disease caused major bone loss, we had to use the zygoma implant technique to deliver upper fixed teeth. On the same day, we performed the all-on-4 technique on lower teeth. We were able to remove all upper and lower dentition, place implants and deliver a temporary fixed hybrid prosthesis the same day. Eventually, the general dentist fabricated the final prosthesis to the patient’s satisfaction.
