In my practice, I offer a variety of breast augmentation options to my patients. These include silicone gummy bear implants and saline breast implants, round or anatomic (teardrop-shaped) implants, and the Ideal implant®. During our consultation, we will discuss the best option for you🙌

Both silicone and saline implants have silicone shells but saline implants are filled with sterile salt water rather than silicone gel. If a saline implant ruptures, the salt water will be safely absorbed by the body.

Saline implants are inserted empty and then filled once they're in place as shown in this video. This allows the surgeon to use smaller incisions and to make adjustments to the implant volume to improve breast symmetry if needed.
