On-Call Emergency Support
-Companion Care: provides essential assistance to the elderly and disabled adults, care includes several ways to make daily living easier and safer. The goal of companion care is primarily emotional support and socialization. Our companions also help with household chores, physical therapy and many other tasks.
-Custodial Care: care that generally provides assistance in performing activities of daily living; for example proper transfers and walking, personal hygiene, and medication management. Our staff also assists with eating, dressing, and toileting.
-Long Term Care: care is focused on individualized and coordinated services that promotes independence, maximizes patients quality of life and meets patients needs over time on an on going bases. Long Term Care also consists of custodial care and is a home based service that includes personal, health, and support services to help individuals stay at home and live as independently as possible.
24 Hour Care: around-the-clock care, we have staff to assist you or your loved ones through your mornings, evenings, and overnights. We assist with daily functions like sleeping, bathing, eating, and bathroom assistance. Additionally we can provide hands on personal care, manage the household, and assist with special activities.
