I chose a nice long ruck to add to my miles for the week? How are you getting your miles in? Any moving in a forward direction works or for that matter set a step goal or why not a minute goal for your movement? Choose you own adventure. At the end of the day it’s about getting up and moving, you are getting a patch either way ❤️
Active Rest Days ❤️ are perfect when you need the rest but still want to move 👊🏽
Perfection is unattainable, just take messy action in a forward direction everyday… it all adds up 💪🏻
