"With this review management website Dr. Smith and staff control what you see, control their online reputation. I've been patient of his and some of you are liars. There is always a wait and usually a long one. Something has changed with his practice. Something is going on when you have to leave a message for a nurse to call you back 24+ hours later to make an appointment. Have been trying to speak to someone since last Thursday. Then there's the little BIG matter of if I wanted to make an appointment with a nurse practitioner I'd call a different doctor. He did my moms hip and back surgeries and after the two things i mentioned above she is looking for a new doctor. She loved him before and quite frankly I did too. She had good patient doctor relationship to the extent of her being him fresh verges out of her garden to anything and everything she canned as well as other office staff. Very disappointing. I would NOT give him1 star if I didn't have to but I know as well asDr. Smith this comment will be removed as soon as a moderator of this page reads it. So kind, so through and very intelligent. Dr Smith quickly ordered an MRI for my back and got me in and scheduled surgery. I've dealt with numerous docs and felt like no one wanted to help me. 7 years I've dealt with this. And I prayed for answers.

I went to several doctors before I got sent here and they all talked about surgery, and that bothered me they wouldn't say anything but surgery. But when I came here dr.smith treated me like he new forever and gave me faith that it would be better soon by giving it time and he was right. God blessed me with an awesome Doctor!
