This year, the Birmingham Bar Association - Women Lawyers Section (WLS) proudly marks its 30th anniversary!

Since 1994, the WLS has been dedicated to fostering both the personal and professional growth of women with law degrees and enhancing the legal community. From mentorships to networking, service projects to educational programs, WLS has made an incredible impact.

We're excited to share an insightful article written by our partner, Brandy Robertson, reflecting on the WLS's remarkable history and the road ahead. The article can be found in the Fall 2024 issue of the BBA Bulletin. As we celebrate 30 years of achievements, we’re reminded of the challenges women still face in the legal profession and beyond.
