Guess who's BACKKKKK!! 🙌🏿 (Well, part-time for now)

January 10th was my first day back and I really appreciated working on my 2 clients that have consistently checked in to see when I'd be back. It was a little tough a few times but over all I felt great. I still have a ways to go...BUT GOD 💪🏿! I'll be back to a full schedule soon.

Elite Hands Massage Therapy is so excited to be participating in the Inaugural Birmingham Community Mental Health Day in partnership with the City of Birmingham on May 13th from 10am-2pm.

Come join Nurture of Alabama and us as we work to

1) remove the stigma of mental health support,

2) improve accessibility to affordable mental health services, and

3) provide community education on mental health & wellness.

There will be food trucks, music, inspirational speakers, and a Mental Health & Wellness Fair with over 25+ organizations, agencies, and providers on hand to share community resources and information about accessing affordable mental health resources.
