Long story short, I came from NYC, she from Canada and we knew nearly nothing about Detroit metro or buying a house. We were nervous and uncertain but were lucky enough to meet Tammy Jonna who expertly guided us through a long, complicated 3 month process. From the get-go Tammy earned our trust and respect by being authentic, courteous, nice, responsive, knowledgeable (she knows a lot!) and service oriented. We didn't actually come to Detroit or meet Tammy for 3 months from when we first connected on Zillow as we were locked down due to Covid and she treated us like 10 year-long clients.
