Refuge In Troubled Times (RITT) Community Development, Inc was developed to assist the community with infomation awareness on the cycle of violence that claims many lives on a daily basis. We offer classes thru our Woman to Women Programs, & many other teachings. Our members are trained and certified speakers who are available to speak to groups or at events.
