Josh Berger, a sophomore at Century High School, has made it into the Cheetah Club!
Josh only needed to run 20 mph to qualify for the Cheetah Club, however; he was able to successfully run 21 mph for 6 seconds without any assistance. Congratulations Josh!

Dave is back at it again and working hard during his backpedal session as part of the Hunting Conditioning Program!
This is a 6-week-long program, with 3 training sessions per week. Participants will complete one treadmill, one backpedal, and one plyometric session each week.
In this backpedal session, Dave is working on balance, stability, and quad strengthening that will be a necessity in the inconsistent terrains of his hunt.
Dave, a seasoned hunter, is training by utilizing the Hunting Conditioning Program here at the Human Performance Center. In the video, he is working on core and hip flexor strengthening through work with the sprint cords. Throughout his training he will be working on strengthening, flexibility, conditioning, and balance.
Keep up the good work Dave and good luck on all your hunts!
