I have some new sound healing instruments to share during offerings! Koshi chimes! They sound like gentle tinkling wind chimes or “fairies,” and tones of the four different chimes correspond to the four elements.

Last year I was honored by an invitation to return to Cedar Fire Farm in Frankfort, KY, where I used to live to welcome a group from Cincinnati for a retreat of yoga and horseback riding.
We practiced yoga together in the sun and wind, and it was a beautiful experience.
I’ll be returning next week to offer sound healing to the group to deepen their healing while visiting the farm, connecting with the herd and each other.

Wondering if sound healing practitioners offer themselves sound healing (besides facilitating at events and offering healing to others)? 🙋 This one does! Noticing energy/movement of energy or lack thereof comes more easily the more you “work” with energy.
My experience in energy work began when I worked with horses and other animals on a farm. Some folks don’t see equine related activities as energy work. In my opinion, if they did, they and their horses would be a lot better off!
In working with children I realized a lot of what I was doing with animals translated. It’s a bit more convoluted at times, sure, but energy work just the same. Everything is energy, but I sense energy in living things as I tune into them on deeper levels and work from a mindful, heart-centered practice.
So the more you tune into energy, the easier it is to notice what’s going on and sense what you can do to bring about balance. For me this could be practicing yoga, drinking tea, going to a forest and walking barefoot, making art, spending time with animals, or tuning into sound healing frequencies! ☺️
Not only does the energy shift, but there are more “measurable” shifts as well: lower heart rate and breath rate, a shift in brainwaves, parasympathetic nervous system response, etc. It’s amazing the scope of healing available. 💙

First of all, I’d like to thank you for accepting the invitation to follow my page!

With so many new followers, I thought it might be helpful to post another introduction and description of my offerings ☺️

✨My name is Lilly Maddy, and I’m located in Bloomington, IN.
✨In the spring of 2023 I completed my 300 hour teacher training program at The Essence of Yoga Center in Richmond, KY, and was encouraged by a fellow student to look into Sound Healing.
✨As a long-time musician who had experienced a little sound healing, I decided to look into online trainings and local workshops to gain more insight and experience with sound healing.
✨In the summer of 2023, I became a certified Sound Healer through Life Changing Energy, attended a sound healing workshop through Sound Healing Academy, and began practicing my own quartz crystal singing bowls!
✨In the fall, I began offering Community Sound Healing in the Healing Garden at Hilltop Gardens and sound healing paired with yoga during workshops.
