The VBS kids will join us in celebration of VBS this week and the HS Youth Service Learning trip to Nashville will be commissioned. Jubi Tour 2024: We headed back to the central time zone today and crossed from MI to WI. We enjoyed a relaxing lunch in Bayfield, WI. We then crossed the ferry to Madeline Island to perform Joseph for the only church that has year-round attendance on the island! Right after some quick cliff jumping of coarse!

Jubi Tour 2024: The day started out with a phenomenal ice cream stop ‘The Ish Creamery’. We took the time to drive to Houghton for some lunch and then proceeded to our special treat at the Nordic Spa where the debate was ‘which Sauna was the best?’ Tonight we do grade level dinners back in Houghton and wrap up with SHOWERS for a full day!

Jubi Tour 2024: We started the morning off early by taking a glass bottom boat tour around Grand Island in Lake Superior. We got to see a few shipwrecks under water and a couple bald eagles on shore. We stopped for lunch in Munising for pasties (think tiny calzone shaped food without the tomato sauce). Our final stop was our performance in Marquette. Some of the guests from last night sent their family because they enjoyed themselves so much! Looking forward to the talent show tonight!

Jubi Tour 2024: (Monday) We ran into a tiny issue when the bus got stuck on the beach. After a few hours of play in Wawa on the rocks and beach, the resort came up with some grilled hamburgers for our group. 51 people and 51 hamburgers were available on demand. Shortly after that, the tow truck got us on our way again. We swiftly passed through emigration! (He works in mysterious ways, right?!) We ended the night performing at Faith Lutheran in Sault Saint Marie (American side). The audience adored the performance and everyone was thrilled!

Jubi Tour: 2024 We began our day with a morning constitutional by Ouimet and then a lovely short hike at the Aguasabon River Gorge. We then spent most of the day traveling with the beautiful coastline of Lake Superior. We paused for lunch in Marathon. We finished the day in Wawa at a breathtaking lakeside resort. Enjoy a few photos of our families that are on tour this year!

Jubi Tour 2024: We started the morning with a short walk around Gooseberry falls. We continued on to lunch at Grand Marais. Then we made our way to Two Harbors in Canada. Where we performed a great show!

And Jubi is off! First performance stop: Two Harbors. A lunch stop in Duluth and an adventure on Agate Beach were both big hits en route! Wrapping it up with practice before our performance tonight.

VBS is coming quickly! Kids ages 3 years thru 5th grade are invited to join us for fun and friendships June 24-27, 9:30 am to noon. Each day kids play games, make crafts, have a snack, dance to music, and hear a Bible story. Registration is limited to 150 and ends June 7.
