Pantry Peeps: Ever wondered what to do with that big bag of mashed potatoes?

I use my silicone muffin pan and heap them full into each hole. Freeze it overnight, easily pop the frozen spud clumps into a plastic bag and store them in my freezer. Each one is a serving (ok, a large serving😂) and can be heated up individually!

Bloomington church helps stretch the grocery dollar Cars line up once a month outside of a Bloomington church for a bounty of groceries, never knowing exactly what they’re going to get.
