"Hi Anthro UGs! I'll be teaching a course this summer, ANTH A208: Visions, Mushrooms, and Mountains: Indigenous Knowledge in the Americas. It'll be a small seminar in which we utilize films, audio, and textual materials to explore diverse forms of indigenous knowledge and how this knowledge is being hybridized and reworked with many other ways of knowing.

The Undergraduate Anthropology Association will be kicking off it's first event of the year THIS THURSDAY February 2 at 7 PM with a Casual Call-Out!
We will have snacks and beverages, and will have a movie playing while we discuss our plans for the semester and get to know you all! We'd love to hear what you'd all be interested in doing this semester - some things discussed so far have been attending First Thursdays events together, taking a tour of the Glenn A. Black Laboratory of Archaeology / Mather's Museum of World Cultures, and possibly even a trip to the Stone Age Institute!
We will be meeting in the Student Building in room 140 at 7 PM THIS THURSDAY! We hope to see all of you there!
