Monday's Mental Health Moment: have a phoenix attitude. You don't have to have metal health issues to have a bad day. Some days seem like they should be over before they start. Some days drag on forever and leave you burnt out and depleted. On my bad days I remember the phoenix. This mythical creature burns to ash and a new one is born right out of the ashes. So when my anxiety or depression sends me down the rabbit hole, I remember that I've been here before, and like the phoenix, I will rise from the ashes of my burnt emotions and soar again. If you're having a rough day, remember it's been rough before, but you will smile again. You will laugh again. You will feel joy again.

The list can go on guys. Because of issues with my Epilepsy, I have moments of high anxiety. The older I get I realized how detrimental it is to my health; 💓
I didn't have the understanding I have now. I had run so much in the past that I never stopped to seriously listen to my body and hone in on what it was telling me until the last 2 years. Thank God for his wisdom, knowledge, and understanding; for the time He allows me to make better choices and get it right, every day we open our eyes should be the abundance of gratitude for another chance.🙌🏾 I'm grateful that I am pursued by love and Salvation belongs to me. 🙌🏾 God answers prayers and also gives knowledge, wisdom, and resources on ways of manuevering anything concerning us. 🙌🏾 In ALL the years humanity has existed Salvation is One thing that can not be given by man 🙌🏾 TGBTG 🙏🏾 The Freedom and Liberty we seek can only be found in studying God's words in order to be elevated(lifted) from the heaviness this world consists of. Monday's Mental Health Moment: Know your limits, respect your limits, express your limits. Manu of us have extremely full plates. We carry our hopes, dreams, goals, and daily to do lists like badges of honor. But sometimes those badges get heavy and become a weight. Sometimes our expectations of ourselves are more than we can physically, mentally, or emotionally handle. That's why it's important to know your limits, respect your limits, and express your limits. You need to know just how far your body can go before you have nothing left in you to give. You need to respect how far you can go so that badge of honor doesn't turn into a weight that can drown you. And you need to be able to tell those closest to you when you have reached your limit so they give you time and space to recuperate and recharge. You will be able to get more done when you are well rested and focused, than when you are exhausted and distracted. Remember, your health matters. Your mental health matters.

This year for Mother's Day and every year henceforth, I promised myself I would embrace gifts my mother gave to me in what seemed a very short time together. It's coming up to the 25th year of my mother's transition and the time lapsed is still bitter sweet. Even though I have grown so much more in the wisdom of our relationship, I am still learning and the more I reveal all the life lessons I received from her it amazes me. Women are more valuable than men. I will support my claim. 😂 When God created the first Adam, He gave Him one woman to help him. Then when He created the second Adam who is Jesus Christ, He gave Him twelve men to help him. Jesus said to God, all those you gave me, I have not lost even one. He was talking about the 12 except Judas the son of perdition so that scripture would be fulfilled. He told the disciples that He chose them, they didn't choose Him. So because Jesus was not supposed to be defiled, God could not give Him a woman, He gave Him twelve men to replace the need of a women. So when you see a woman, know that she is the equivalent of twelve man in one. Thus a wise man will love His wife and help her to bring out the potential of twelve men within her.
