Summer soup and salad Pasta Fagioli. Regular recipe however I switched Turkey Italian sausage for meat , used sautéed onion ,garlic,celery,carrots, and mushrooms, used cannellini beans and 2 cups turkey stock and 1/4 cup white wine with lg can of San Marzano tomatoes Italian herbs ,parsley and Basil small cut pasta and and finish w Parmesano Reggiano it’s alittle lighter with this recipe Serve with arugula salad w pine nuts ,lemon juice ,olive oil ,Parmesano Reggiano and s&p
