PACKET PICKUP:
🗓 Wednesday 10/19 - Saturday 10/22 | 11AM-Close
If you do not pick up your packet ahead of time, you will need to pick up your packet the day of the race at the Registration Tent at 7AM.

DAY-OF TIMELINE:
7AM: Registration (If you pick up your packet ahead of time you can skip check-in!)
8AM: Full & Half Marathon Begins
9AM: 10K & 5K Begins
4PM: Course Closes

TRAINING TIPS:

Race Day: Run YOUR Race!

It’s so easy to get caught up in the excitement of the starting line— the crowds! the other runners! the music! the sheer adrenaline! — this is what you’ve been waiting for! But that energy can be dangerously deceptive. Combat your nerves, take your time, and pace yourself!

"Believe what everyone else says: start slower than you think you need to; don’t try anything new on race day, whether it’s food, hydration, shorts, socks or shoes; drink regularly and fuel appropriately. That said, I always recommend folks start one or two pace groups slower than their goal pace. This will limit the adrenaline surge at the start and keep you from going out too fast—provided you resist the urge to weave—which wastes your energy. Bonus for that strategy is that for the last half of the race, especially the last 10k, you’ll be passing everyone instead of being passed. It goes a long way towards keeping your morale up."
