Meet Todd Baker!

Todd’s practice as an attorney focuses primarily on serving entrepreneurs, healthcare providers and technology companies. Todd is passionate about finding creative solutions to complex business problems. Todd is a serial entrepreneur himself with co-founder roles in two SaaS businesses.

Todd earned a BBA in Management from BSU and went to law school at the University of Virginia. Prior to law school he worked for ten years as a network systems engineer and administrator for small businesses in the Boise area.

Todd is a busy father of five and can often be found volunteering in the community or attending an event for one of his kids.

Shout out to , 2022 grad and newly licensed Idaho attorney. Allie spent the past couple years as an intern with the Exceed Legal family and we wish her the very best as she embarks on her professional career. Allie, congrats on your well-deserved success!

Meet Heidi Burgoyne!
 
Heidi provides estate planning services to Exceed’s clients, as well as consulting on business and real estate transactions and tax matters. Heidi is committed to delivering excellence to Exceed’s clients in every way.  She has an attention for detail, a keen eye for asset protection, and unsurpassed dedication to problem resolution. Heidi is devoted to the practice of law, and if you were to ask her if she enjoys going to work every day, she would reply, "I’m having the time of my life!"
 
Complementing her legal practice, Heidi brings extensive experience in asset planning and wealth management.

Meet Dani!

Dani Yant is Exceed’s paralegal and her capability to think through legal issues and assist the attorneys is unrivaled.

Dani attended Boise State University and has been working in the local legal industry since 2012. With almost a decade of experience, Dani knows her way around a variety of legal issues. Dani has worked her way up in the paralegal sphere and has extensive knowledge to show for it. She has a passion for connecting with clients and helping them navigate issues when they need it most.

Dani is the mom of two sweet girls and two big dogs. As Boise natives, they all love taking in the natural beauty of Idaho’s mountains and paddle boarding together. Dani is also active in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Meet Kyle!

Kyle Grigsby practices in the areas of real estate transactions, business transactions, and commercial litigation. Kyle applies his writing background and significant experience in business negotiations to advocate strongly and creatively for his clients. He understands that the business perspective can add color to legal analysis and suggest different methods for successful resolution of a dispute.

Kyle competed as an 800-meter runner for Boise State Track & Field and his athletic background instilled in him a fire for healthy competition and desire to excel in his efforts.

Meet Carla!

Carla Becerra is Exceed’s executive legal assistant and excels in bringing hospitality to every person who walks through our doors. Her love for life and joy in serving others is unmistakable!

Before joining Exceed, Carla spent a decade traveling the world as the lead hospitality provider and personal assistant to the CEO of two industry-leading companies in the electric vehicle and aerospace industries, during which time she honed her craft serving various politicians, celebrities, and corporate leaders. On the way to discovering her beloved “Idahome,” Carla co-managed a luxury beach resort in Curacao.

She enjoys the Boise Co-op, yoga, and the great outdoors!

Meet Ian Gee!

Ian advises clients in commercial transactions, private securities, real estate and asset management matters. Ian values the personal relationships formed with clients, whether they work for a large company, a startup, or just managing their own family assets. From these relationships, Ian understands the unique needs of each client and provides them with valued and strategic counsel.

In his free time, Ian and his wife are full-time parents of their own 10 kids and additional foster children in their care. With this much life in the house, the Gee clan likes to get out and recreate in the mountains around Grandjean, Idaho.

Meet Erik!

Erik Bolinder is a business and real estate attorney for emerging companies, developers, and entrepreneurs. His passion is helping clients find the best strategies for effective growth and success in their business.

Erik was previously the chief legal counsel for a private, Idaho-based commercial investment company. He was also an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri, later serving as a commercial litigator for a St. Louis area law firm specializing in defending businesses in complex litigation matters.

Born and raised in Boise, Erik enjoys the Idaho outdoors, especially river rafting, water skiing and golfing with his wife and three children.
