Pacific jumbo prawns grilled then tossed in a cilantro lime sauce, garnished with charred pineapple salsa, a scosche of our house made lime crème and fresh cilantro 🌿

Seared ahi seasoned with both voodoo and sesame dry rub presented on a bed of yaki soba noodles and vegetables tossed in a sweet and sticky island inspired sauce

Jerk Chicken Flautas

Shredded chicken cooked in our staple Jamaican jerk sauce then rolled in a flour tortilla with cheddar jack cheese. Flash fried and topped with lime crème, jerk sauce reduction, pico, queso fresco and cilantro.

We only prepped 10! First come first serve 😋

Fried Crab Roll-

In: Imitation Crab, cucumber, avocado

Out: spiked aioli, sriracha, eel sauce and green onions.

Seafood Enchiladas 🦞

Flour tortillas stuffed with lobster, shrimp, scallops, onions, peppers and cheese. Smothered with black beans, melted cheese, pico, cilantro lime cream, queso fresco and cilantro. Served with coconut corn polenta and chili lime slaw.
