It's a unique combo. I'm a dude raised in the West and grown in the East. Yoga has guided me to marry the two so I can achieve peace. It's my mission to pass it on to you.

I guide the transformation process by teaching yoga and coaching men inwards towards the realization of their highest potential.

I also lead the Men's Lifestyle group- KULA Dudes locally and online. We meet each Thursday at Idaho Martial Arts in Eagle, ID and each Sunday at Julius Kleiner Park in Meridian.

There are many benefits to traveling, both for the individual and for society as a whole. Travel can broadens one's horizons and helps to build understanding and tolerance of other cultures. It can also be a great way to relax and de-stress, as well as providing an opportunity to bond with family and friends.

Thoughts of the past can fill us with worry and lead to depressive thoughts. Thoughts of the future can lead to worry and fills us with feelings of anxiety and nervousness.

If we stay in the here and now, we can realize joy. It's so simple, but it's not always easy to do. Practice mindfulness and be present in each moment, and joy will find you.

You have infinite potential inside of you. Just because you haven't done something yet, doesn't mean you can't do it. You have the power to create your own reality. You are the architect of your own life.

Stress makes you strong. Your mindset can be adjusted to make stress empower you. You are capable of handling anything that comes your way.

Nietzsche was a German philosopher who is best known for his work on morality and ethics. However, he also suffered from syphilis, which is a sexually transmitted disease. This disease can cause dementia and other mental health problems. His condition may have contributed to his mental health problems.

He did not let his disease define him. Instead, he used it as motivation to write some of the best philosophy books in the world. Even though he died before he could see the full impact of his work, his ideas have influenced generations of thinkers. Nietzsche's story is a reminder that we can all overcome our challenges and achieve great things.

Recognize stress as an opportunity to show yourself how strong you are. Stress is only temporary, but the lessons you learn from overcoming it will stay with you forever. Embrace the challenge and come out stronger on the other side.

Hi I'm Spencer. I'm a board-certified health & wellness coach and experienced registered yoga teacher. If you're like me and millions of others, you've experienced pain in a several areas of life. Whether it's emotional trauma, mental anguish, relational downturns, existential crisis, environmental uncertainty, physical ailments, you name it, we've gone through it.

It's all pain and it's something we as a society have been conditioned to run away from and avoid. I know I spent a great deal of my life hiding from the shame of painful experiences and screw ups.

The truth is that pain, though it sucks, can be our greatest teacher. Sometimes there is nothing left to do but go through it, but what I find necessary is to let go of the baggage, elevate, and GROW through it. That's the main motivation behind my company Grow to Guide.

Together we acknowledge pain to better understand what it is telling us to use it in motivating transformation and personal growth.

I know that I've been caught teaching my kids too often in telling them what to do. Over time I've sounded more like a micro-manager than a parent when I over explain things, then getting frustrated when instructions aren't followed.

I'm more aware of the practice of involving my kiddos in tasks that have them contributing their knowledge and creativity.

When involving them more often I'm finding that I'm able to conserve energy otherwise spent in over explaining and in parental straining. So I say let the kids do some of the lifting sometime and trust they'll find their way.

It can be better that I be a parent that acts like "bumpers in the bowling alley" that simply re-directs the forward momentum.

Learning to love myself has been a challenge. Tara Brach's book Radical Compassion covers the RAIN Meditation

R- Recognize
A- Allow
I- Investigate
N- Nurture

So many times I've reacted quickly out of fear or anger without stopping. The act of stopping allows myself to RECOGNIZE what has happened. I then ALLOW myself to sit in the feeling no matter how unpleasant at the time. I then can INVESTIGATE the source of the feeling and compare that with the overall importance of the big picture. The steam then can release and it is at that point I can NURTURE myself with the acceptance I need to carry on with my dignity in tact. Overall the results have been peaceful.

Next time someone or something gets your "gerd" up remember to make it RAIN--it is then the seeds of compassion can begin to take root so self-compassion can grow.
