Join Mantra Simran this Saturday for Kundalini Yoga from 10:45-12:00 at Yoga Tree as she continues to explore the Pranic Body, but especially the Samana and Vyana Vayus. The Vayus are winds in the body that control specific functions.
Samana Vayu is the center for energetic processing. The main power of this vayu is processing and collecting energy so that it can be used efficiently. Before we can eliminate food, drink, and emotions from our bodies we must first process them, take nourishment, and assimilate. This Vayu controls digestion, balancing and processing all that we ingest. This energetic process controls the assimilation of all energies into the body.
Vyana Vayus primary purpose is to take nourishment from internal stores, such as oxygen, food, and water, and radiate these outwards, facilitating free-flow and efficiency. It is the backbone of all of the other vayus, as it is required for the enrichment of the body after these fundamental processes take place. It also relates to the flow of emotions and information.
Everyone is welcome to attend and have the experience of focusing on these two important winds in the body.

The full Moon in Virgo will take place on Friday, February 24, 2024 and is a time to heal. It’s a time to sit with our pain and heartache and give ourselves compassion. Virgo is the sign of the goddess. Seemingly perfect unto herself, this archetype carries many gifts, but the most important one is the power to heal and forgive.
Through healing, the full Moon in Virgo offers us forgiveness. Forgiveness is one of the hardest forms of release—especially when we need to forgive ourselves. When we hold anger or resentment toward ourselves or others, we block our ability to see clearly and attract the energy we need. It holds us in a lower vibratory pattern and takes away our ability to feel and express gratitude along with love and compassion.
As you journey through the full Moon in Virgo, ask yourself what you need to forgive. Do you need to forgive yourself for something or do you need to forgive someone else? Know that forgiving someone else doesn’t mean you have to let this person back into your life. We forgive other people for ourselves, not for them. Forgiveness is about you and your vibration—no one else.
Please join Mantra Simran/Mary Baker as she leads you through a special full moon Kundalini Yoga kriya, meditation, and gong vibration to heal so you can make your genuine and authentic offerings into the world.
