FRESH! We just received one of the first fish of the Copper River salmon season, and we'll have it on the menu starting on Tuesday 05/21!

King Salmon from the Copper River are the most celebrated in the world due to their succulent texture and rich flavor. The distinct regional DNA and lifecycle of these fish yields the world’s finest salmon, often referred to as the "The Connoisseur’s Salmon."

Jay Berry has been with us for only one year, but he's already well known among our customers. "My favorite part of working at CG is the customers, because they have become like family," he says.

Working here has expanded his palate, too — he's a fan of the Dunham Trutina, a well-rounded cab/merlot blend, because its pairs so well with nearly everything on the menu (including his favorite, the brownie a la mode).

Now that the weather has warmed up, you can find Jay at Ann Morrison Park on the disc golf course when he's not serving customers. Say hi next time you're in!
