In case you ever wondered 🤔 how can neckar’s cold brew be so tasty and clean? It’s because we sift out “fines” from the coffee we use to brew. The first pictures is unsifted and the second is the sifted coffee. You can see better uniformity in the second picture which helps produce a more even extraction and focused flavor impression.
