Earlier this month, our Engineering team received the Excellence in Engineering Award, recognizing them for their work updating important water filtering technology and simultaneously expanding water production capacity at the Columbia Water Treatment Plant in Boise.

The project was selected by a committee of engineers who judged applications from Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Veolia’s project received the highest scores and was unanimously chosen as benefiting customers the most across the region.

Cooper's video will air on local TV stations this summer as part of Veolia's water conservation campaign. Cooper also earned a $500 donation from Veolia to the Boise Public Schools Foundation for use in his classroom. Well done, Cooper!
