Bille and Bonnie Foster are identical twins.
They share so much.
Now they’re sharing another journey in life’s chapter after having undergone a 6-month program and bariatric surgery with Dr. Prior.
In the comprehensive program, the sisters connected with a sleep specialist, dietician, and the physician prior to undergoing surgery. Since then, they have seen visible changes to their ability to live life, having lost more than 100 pounds each and even some of their previous health issues.
“They’re giving you the tools ahead of time in order to get into those habits, so they set you up to succeed,” Bonnie shared.

With fall practices in full swing, student athletes are working hard to stay healthy and fit for the full season of games ahead.
Sometimes injuries happen along the way.
For Olivia Williams, it was an injury while playing soccer at Eagle High School during her senior season.
While kicking the ball, she endured a forceful collision with an opponent that initially caused intense pain. She determinedly finished the game.
Following examination by Dr. Kunz, it was discovered that she had sustained a fracture in her femur near the knee joint and she needed immediate medical attention including an MRI.
With steadfast trust in her recovery process, Olivia has since regained her ability to run and jump, showing true resilience and determination in overcoming this challenging setback.
Way to go, Olivia!

Whether it is with our colleagues, our friends, or our patients, listening to understand, relating, and pausing for a moment to catch our breath is powerful.

Fall means football season for high school athletes across the Treasure Valley.
Nate Williams is one of them.
Williams is a dedicated athlete at Eagle High School, excelling in both football and basketball.
His sports career, like many his age, has been met with several injuries, but one constant has been Dr. Derek Kunz.
Dr. Kunz has consistently provided care for his sports injuries, most notably for a recent bone contusion in his knee sustained while sacking the quarterback during a football game.
Through diligent rehabilitation and the use of over-the-counter medications and icing, Williams remarkably returned to the field within the same season.
His resilience and commitment to his sports highlight his unwavering determination and passion for competition.
Watch to the end to find out what Williams had to say about Dr. Kunz.
