While I won’t argue with the value of proper rest and relaxation-stopping movement to avoid pain is not always the answer especially long term.

I think movement and keeping our body strong at all stages of life is key to feeling our best and preserving our ability to move, function and balance.
Tim Cooke, owner of Treasure Valley Health Coaching and wellness and I are teaming up to offer a package deal to help clients feel better at any stage of life.
Monthly package 1: $200 -One hour massage with Tami in her meridian office and 4 weekly 30 minute, in home body strengthening sessions with Tim, certified personal trainer, nutritional and life coach.
Monthly Package 2: $350- 90 minute massage and two 30 minute in home workout sessions per week (8 total)
