We are excited to introduce you to our new Blackbird injector, Leslie Parker!
Leslie has been a nurse since 1996 and a nurse practitioner dual certified in Family and Emergency Medicine since 2018. She has a special interest in aesthetics, and her goal is help refresh, enhance, and support her client’s wellness goals.
Her first day at Blackbird is next Tuesday, July 2nd, and she will be working Tuesdays from 10a-4p.
We are so excited to have her join our family and cannot wait for our clients to meet her as well.

A lip flip is often a perfect treatment for our clients who are looking for a less expensive, more subtle lip enhancement.
In comparison to lip filler, which adds volume directly to the lips and lasts up to a year and a half, a lip flip uses a few units of tox to relax the muscles around the lips to give more lip show. Like any tox treatment, a lip flip will generally last 3-4 months.

Let's talk LIP FLIPS!
A lip flip provides a subtle enhancement of the upper lip using tox instead of filler. The tox works to relax the muscle around the lips (orbicularis oris) and allow more show of the lip. It is a fast procedure, usually involving 2 injections of a couple units of tox and lasts for 3-4 months.
In the Blackbird client picture above, the bottom picture is the "before" and the top picture is the "after".
It is perfect for clients who do not want as dramatic of a change as is typically seen with fillers, or who wants a lower cost option for fuller lips.
