Our Community Class is back in person from 4:00-5:00 pm on the following Fridays: February 17th & 24th; March 3rd, 24th & 31st, April 14th, 21st & 28th 2023

This is a drop-in class, 200 Councill street in Boone (behind Earthfare), open to ALL!

Suggested donation: $10-20. Proceeds go to a fund supporting any and all bodies who might not otherwise have access to learning the Alexander technique. No one turned message us!
