Our weaponzonline.com sample loaders checklist pouch is out being tested this week! We do have some changes to make, but are likely going to send it by a few other US manufactures to make sure we are getting a decent quote on production cost with our current company, as it is almost double what we originally anticipated!

For the pouch, heavy duty belt, and belt padding, it currently comes out to $149.97. This is based in our current manufactures production cost. If you have a heavy-duty reflective belt, that can replace the belt to get the cost down to $129.98.

Our goal is to get this quoted by at least 2 other US manufacturers before putting it into mass production. If we can get the same or better quality at a better price, the cost difference will be refunded for all pre-orders once the pouches ship out.

After a few weeks of printing different versions, colors, and getting the threaded parts to line up how we wanted, our first 3D printed model product is now live on www.weaponzonline.com!

This is our to life size scale BDU-33. It prints in 3 main threaded sections, with the main body and tail being hollowed out for storage. These 3 sections thread together, and the suspension lug and striker plate are fixed in place/not removeable.

These will only be made as orders come in, so shipments for these will take longer than our typical in-stock items.

All heavy duty vinyl and buckle, they can be engraved on the buckle with the QA required info, and the belt itself can be embroidered.

Our checklist pouch sample is still in works, but our reflective belts are ready to go! You can find them under the "work gear" category of WeaponzOnline. These are also made in the USA by a veteran owned manufacture,we can engrave the buckle or embroidery the belt as well.

We have a prototype checklist pouch in works!

We originally put this plan on the backburner due to high production cost for US made pouches. But we have been asked consistently since then to get a quality pouch on the market, so we are doing it!

The pouch will have the same pockets you're used to from the existing pouches, with a slightly different look and assembly process, as our focus is durability/strength. We expect our manufactures sample to be ready in 2 or 3 weeks. Once we get a sample approved, we're expecting production to take 6 to 7 weeks for the first batch.

These pouches will be 100% made in the USA, and that is going to increase the final pricing quite a bit in comparison to the competition. But when you're buying a new pouch every 3 to 5 months, these will be cheaper in the long run.

Due to the higher production cost, we will also be pushing these through channels that make it easy for your RAs to buy them for the unit. So if it's out of your budget, get with your GTC holder to see if they can buy for the unit (once they are ready). We will be on GSAAdvantage, have an 889 cert, and are registered with sam.gov.

Checklist pouches have been on the agenda for a while, but we waited a little too long! With the release of the WE version, I have been getting a lot of request for U.S. made/Weaponz Online checklist pouch. I can not make any promises yet, but I am looking into a U.S. made pouch. If pursued, they would not be available until no earlier than the end of the year.

If you are in a hurry for a checklist pouch, I would not wait for ours to release. As that last U.S. manufacture I talked to said it would be a 4 to 7 month process, but I will try to track down another reputable U.S. manufacture to see what their timelines are looking like. Being made in the U.S. we can also expect a higher price point, but if I can justify a large enough production run that may help keep it down.

We have a variety of 7/8" mini patches, commonly put on the IR velcro spot above your flag or duty tab. Authirized? Nope. Do we care? NOPE!

One for each 2W AFSC, and a few other AFSCs as well!

And the winner of the 2024 9th Weapons Fest Challenge Coin Contest is Ellsworth AFB!

We will be working to convert the design over to what we need for a metal coin and get production started from there. They will receive 50pcs of their design, 100 aircraft themed keychains, $200 toward their next event, and a few random weapons items!

Along with that, we do like the 2nd place coin as well! The last time we produced a 2nd place coin along was in 2019, but Seymour Johnson design is changing that this year so we will be producing that as well, and sending some of their design out to the designer!

Both can be pre-ordered, however expect a wait of up to 8 weeks, and keep in mind that the design will have changed some from what was submitted.
