Meet Your Improv for Anxiety Facilitator: Sarah Filman 🌸

Sarah is a leadership coach, team development facilitator, and improv comedian.

This will be the fourth cohort of Improv for Anxiety at the Rozzie Square Theater, and each has allowed Sarah to combine her love for performance with her expertise in personal development to help others navigate anxiety and stress through the power of improv.

Over the course of 8 weeks, you will:

⭐ Master the fundamentals of scene work;
⭐ Explore Improv concepts including editing, finding the game, and heightening;
