While it feels strange and actually kind of scary to no longer be in my twenties, there’s things I’d like to say goodbye to before saying hello to this new decade:

Goodbye to the loneliness that filled ages 22-25
Goodbye to not feeling like enough
Goodbye to mourning my career change
Goodbye to questioning myself and my gut that is always right
Goodbye to all of the pain and stress and sadness that filled so many hours

Getting older is weird. While nothing in my life has looked any way I imaged it (thankfully), here’s what I do know:

I have so many people who love me unconditionally and I am very proud of the life that I have created.

I can’t wait to see what this next year/decade hold, and lastly, thank you for being here 💓

While Arielle and I have been adjacent to each other for many years here in Boston, after meeting her I feel like we’ve known each other for lifetimes. She has so much wisdom and unbelievable stories to share, I truly believe that she needs to start writing her memoir!!

Kat can be found playing all over NYC (and the world) in orchestras, premiering new works, and teaching the next generation! It’s clear how passionate she is about her work and as a freelancer, the dedication she has to make it all happen!

We took these at my favorite photography spot in Brooklyn and even saw a rat so you know it was an official trip to New York 🥲

Trad Musicians 🤝 Beacon Hill

It was so much fun to take new group photos for Copley Street, a group of Traditional Irish Musicians!

We started the session at my new favorite spot in Beacon Hill, and might I add how much it makes their instruments pop! Then we headed over to the Public Garden for some “action” shots of them playing. If you’re wondering, it was awesome and it’s one of the best parts of my job.

Photoshoot reveal for violinist and singer-songwriter, Elizabeth!

The goal for this photoshoot was to provide Elizabeth with a versatile set of photos that could be used for her various gigs and new album! She did such a great job choosing her outfits, I am such a fan of the dressier outfit and that skirt in particular!

We took this during a sunrise session in my new favorite Beacon Hill location and I will 1000% being doing more sessions here, especially in the autumn 🤩🍁

When I look at these photos I see a mix of the -he just won a Tony award and this is his magazine spread- and a Gap ad. Which do you prefer?

This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten to work with Caitlyn but what made this extra special is that this time she’s pregnant (thank goodness we were able to hide her belly behind her guitar) and the last time I saw her was the very beginning of her pregnancy!

Caitlyn is a beautiful human and a passionate teacher. She is so supportive of everyone she talks to and brings that same energy to her teaching!

It was so much fun to travel to DC for these photos and I am already itching to go back!

Just a couple of New Yorkers who have been Insta friends for years meeting for the first time in DC 🤩
dynamic.voice has such main character energy but is also incredibly kind and thought and silly and smart! 💜

During my 48 hour trip to DC, I had the absolute honor of working with Jenna, a dynamic voice teacher in every sense, and we bopped around Georgetown during golden hour to capture...well, gold!

Jenna was down for every and all pose ideas and I couldn’t be more in love with how alive these photos feel!

This year has been full of so many travel opportunities to meet new friends & clients from New Orleans to San Antonio to DC and next up Seattle on October 5th! After knowing Alix for years through , it was so wonderful to get to meet her in real life!! She is every bit as sweet and kind online as she is in person.

Alix is an amazing harpist, teacher, and yogi, and it was so cool to get to capture these different sides of her in her photos!!

I also couldn’t resist taking some detail shots of her harp because it is insanely beautiful 🤩

This is easily the most special photoshoot of my entire life.

I come from a pretty small family but an incredibly special one. I have so many memories of us sitting around the table for a holiday or just for coffee and cake, laughing so hard that someone always winds up spitting out their drink 😂

My cousin Lindsay has been there my whole life and as we’ve gotten older, it’s been so cool to become even closer.

Earlier this year, she shared with us that our tiny family would be gaining a magical addition, a baby boy!! We are all over the moon for her and cannot wait to meet this little angel 🥰

Spiritual photoshoot reveal for Mary, Nina, and Hannah, the creators of Soul Recharge, a community for heart-centered artists and musicians. 🔮✨🌕☀️

When I first met Mary during our headshot session this spring, I had no idea that she was a spiritual person, all I knew was that she had the most amazing energy and it was so easy to talk to her. Cut to a few chats about what spirituality means to us, especially as artists, and this photoshoot was born!

I’m so excited to see how each of their individual skills in reiki, astrology, tarot, and more uplifts the artist community through their program.
