Happy November! Since it’s the “official” start of the holidays (in our house anyways) I thought I’d share a few photos I snapped around our house this week of the start of our Christmas decorations. I love to decorate in stages, so right now our house doesn’t look super Christmasy but over the next week or so you’ll notice a little bit more of the holidays being incorporated. I think you can get a good sense from these captures of where I’m leaning when it comes to our holiday decorations this year. You’ll notice a minimalistic approach, pops of green & burgundy, natural elements, a mix of new & vintage, and lots of texture & warmth to make things feel extra cozy. My goal was to create a festive yet peaceful look…think subtle holiday vibes that don’t feel overwhelming. I hope these early glimpses bring a little joy and inspiration your way as we enter the most wonderful time of the year!
