Chile poblanos stuffed with chicken mole , rice and beans 😍😍👌🏽- amazing. A little hard stuffing the poblano peppers very delicate- but worth the struggle. You can stuff your peppers how ever you want. They go very good with mole poblano :).
A little history on our beloved tamales 🫔 - Tamales can be traced as far back as 7,000 bc and were served as sacred offerings to the gods and served during celebrations. So when you come to Mr Tamole it is always a celebration- and you will always be treated like a God 🙂.
