Our Back Bay TH project was envisioned as a home fit for both intimate entertaining and larger social gatherings- the sitting room on the second floor offers salvaged curtain tiebacks as coat hooks around the perimeter of the space to accommodate visitors and their belongings for large events.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​General Contractor:

, the original site of the Cole Hersee buildings built in the early 1900s, has been selected as a recipient of a 2024 award. The project, spanning two blocks on Old Colony Avenue in South Boston, has been repositioned by over the past few years as a vibrant, amenity-rich destination for nearby existing and future residential and workplace communities. In order to retain the site's history, Hacin preserved the buildings’ industrial character and reimagined each façade for new use, deploying architectural interventions, new windows and storefronts, and suite of inspired graphic murals by .​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Developer:

Mooreland House, a six-story luxury condominium property located in the Back Bay, is an interdisciplinary project designed by Hacin. Our team conceived the brand identity, as well as the architectural renovation and interior spaces, with a cohesive project concept rooted in the history of the original building. Our Oyster Pond project, originally constructed in 1850 on a high bluff overlooking the water, has been named the recipient of a 2024 Chatham Preservation award. The design team largely preserved the historic farmhouse, adding a glass connector to link the original structure to a new, 2-story contemporary addition that draws upon the surrounding vernacular and coastal aesthetic.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Photography:

The bold blue hue of a first-floor powder room of Hacin's Back Bay TH project is complemented by a white marble sink, arrow mosaic tile from , and 'Signal' pendant. The blue is echoed in the foyer just outside of the room in the form of a chaise.

had a great time participating in ’s Climb for a Cause event at Fenway Park yesterday! 100% of the funds raised benefit Project Place’s goal of breaking the cycle of homelessness and poverty by creating pathways to employment and housing. Hacin is proud to have designed the Project Place Gatehouse in 2007 and has long supported the organization and the wonderful work they do.
