Our DEI Council hosted a powerful "Candid Conversation" with Whitney West about how to give yourself grace, the intersectionality of diversity especially when managing a chronic illness, and how organizations can create a more diverse and inclusive workplace. When launching our 2022 Ukraine Crisis Fund with CARE, we wanted to find meaningful ways for our community to contribute. Direct donations with corporate matching were one, but our companywide talent show was on a whole new level. After all the singing, the music, and the performances were done, we were able to contribute $79k in humanitarian aid. And we got to know each other that much better in the end. We accomplished all of this by working together.
