Happy birthday to our drummer, brother and friend, the one and only, Mike Grenier!! 🥳🥁

Mike joined the band exactly 10 years ago this month! From the first moments we played music together, we knew we wanted Mike to be our forever drummer. His flowing, dynamic, almost lyrical style of drumming has brought the perfect third voice to our music, and his kind, cheerful, supportive demeanor has held The Big Sway together as a family for a whole decade now. Thanks for everything you do, Mike. You da man!

Our new full video album, 'We Made This For You' drops in just two days!! 🎬

⚡️Just three days til our new FULL-LENGTH album is out!!⚡️
We made eleven music videos for this album, and this Friday 10/28, we release them all, in sequence, as our proudest creative achievement to date - 'We Made This For You' 🎉
Each video was a unique adventure in it's creation, and all eleven have their own story from behind the scenes. These photos were taken during the shooting of 'Within My Reach' which is a song that carries a lot of personal meaning for us. 🎬
It was one of only two videos that we made after pandemic restrictions were lifted, and we were finally able to get our friends together to collaborate and make art in the woods again, just like we've been doing since we were kids.
The photos you see here were taken by our dear friend, and contunual inspiration,
- she directed and edited this video for us through and we couldn't be happier with the result.

Our newest album, 'We Made This For You' drops THIS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28TH!!!
We couldn't be more excited to share this album with you all after five years in the making...
It's a HUGE milestone for us, because not only is WMTFY our second full-length album, but it is also an experimental multi-media anthology and ⚡️FULL VIDEO ALBUM⚡️
We enlisted eight video artists to create eleven unique music videos - one for every single song on this album. The idea is that WMTFY can either be heard OR seen, from beginning to end. 🎬
WMTFY is presented THIS FRIDAY in it's two final forms - audio and visual - both FOR FREE online. Because after all, We Made This FOR You!!

Super proud of this one. We filmed it last summer, and it is the first video of our FULL VIDEO ALBUM that was created after pandemic restrictions were lifted, and we could finally get a group of friends together to have fun and make art.
