New member alert. Welcome our new Senior Copywriter Nathan Bolton.
Since he joined the team, Nathan has already made incredible work and we are excited to see what he does in the future.
Nathan was born in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Los Angeles at 18.
After trying to study Economics at Occidental College, and subsequently realizing he would rather stare directly into the sun than find another derivative, he found his way to The ArtCenter College of Design, graduating in August of 2019.
Since then, he has created national 360 campaigns for brands like Lexus, The North Face, Sallie Mae, Sweet Baby Ray's, Citizens Bank and more. He currently lives in Somerville with his three-legged dog Kasey Jones, and her elderly Chihuahua sister.
Spring has arrived! And so have our monthly favorites.

Since 1974, National Brotherhood of Skiers has been exposing people of color to winter sports. We are honored that they chose us to design the logo for their Ski Africa project.
In March 2023, a group of black skiers and snowboarders filmed their journey to Morocco to ski the Atlas Mountains. As they conquered the snowy summits of Africa they discussed the challenges that people of color have had to overcome and the trials they still face today.
This discussion is reflected in the Ski Africa logo. Each triangle represents a challenge that black Americans have overcome, with the triangles coming together to form the continent of Africa and represent the experience of African Americans as a whole. With each summit conquered, people of color can move forward together into a brighter future.

Managed by Bozzuto, Amaya is for people who bring a zest for life to everything they do. They live for warmth and expression, and while they love New England, they pine for times they’ve escaped to warmer climates and warmer cultures.
Keep an eye out for Amaya—the first apartment coming to Beachmont Square. Amplifying the brand truth, “Vive Con Pasión,” the logo uses solid shapes and curves to evoke musicality and infuse the mark with movement, while its bold colors convey a jazzy sense of opportunity.
Managed by Bozzuto and formerly AO Santa Monica, Anara is designed to enrich your wellbeing. Providing a lush, grounding environment of wellness, balance, and comfort, here residents can ponder their personal rebirth and confidently set off to pursue their career dreams.
In sunny Santa Monica, you can now find Anara: an apartment offering the perfect cross of wellness and city living. Building on the brand truth, “Eden in Santa Monica,” the logo combines flowing letters and a lush, floral feel to emphasize the peace and serenity of living here.

Ocean conservation is core to the New England Aquarium , but that’s not what they’re known for. In this campaign, we encourage people to dive deeper into who the aquarium is beyond their exhibits, and bring to light the vital role they play as an ocean conservation organization.
For more than 50 years, New England Aquarium has been centering ocean conservation, and it’s time to bring it to the surface. With this work, we center their extensive research and advocacy work and infuse it with warmth and inspiration.
We just had to put our own spin on it. We present to you… Proverb’s official In/Out list of 2024 😉
